Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lot Attendant to join our team at our newly renovated dealership. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our dealership lot. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers are essential to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership's lot, including vehicle display areas, walkways, and customer waiting areas.
- Arrange vehicles on the lot to maximize visibility and accessibility for customers.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly parked, tagged, and ready for display.
- Perform regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues to management.
- Assist with moving and organizing vehicles to accommodate customer needs and sales events.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles to and from the lot.
- Keep the lot stocked with necessary supplies, such as fuel, cleaning materials, and key tags.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
