Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Loyalty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service as well professional engagement with clients. The desired hours are either 8am-12pm or 9am-1pm Monday through Friday.
Duties:
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships
- Utilize CRM to track client interactions and progress
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via answering the phone, sending professional emails, and in person interactions.
Skills:
- Able to pick up and learn new technology tools quickly
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
