Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Work Hand to join our team in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and experience with various hand tools, valves, and working with high pressure hoses. As a Work Hand, you will support the production cleanup process and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, valves, high pressure hoses to assist with the waste clean up efforts around Pulper.
- Clean-up around site and assist with dumpster pick-ups and transportation and more as assigned.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the movement of materials around our job site.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to overall company presence at the customers location.
- Duties may include lifting 50 lbs
Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Familiarity with high pressure hoses, valves, nozzles, and more related to an industrial environment.
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, etc is a plus.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor industrial environment
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
