Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure the upkeep and quality of our multifamily properties. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Director, your role includes preparing units for new residents, responding to maintenance needs, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of our properties.
What You Will Do:
- Follow all Fair Housing, ADA, and state and federal regulations.
- Maintain property upkeep, including snow removal as needed.
- Keep maintenance areas organized and tools in top condition.
- Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and drywall/painting.
- Collaborate with staff and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Complete work orders accurately, documenting tasks and materials used.
- Take part in an on-call rotation to address urgent property needs.
- Prepare apartments for incoming residents and assist with ongoing resident needs.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and related web-based tools.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license required; additional certifications (RRP, OSHA) are a plus.
- Tools & Safety: Basic tool proficiency; safety gear provided for tasks as needed.
