Summer Camp Nurse
Camp Kieve and Wavus Camp on Damariscotta Lake, Maine
Dates: June 10 – August 16, 2025
Position: Seeking RNs with pediatric experience to work at both our girls’ and boys’ overnight tripping camps for the 2025 summer season. RN position will join our healthcare staff to oversee the health of 250 campers (ages 8–16) for two summer sessions at Camp Kieve or Wavus Camp.
Responsibilities:
- Care for and document campers' medical needs and treatments
- Manage camper medications and medical follow-up
- Communicate with camper families and outside healthcare facilities regarding camper health concerns
- Perform as team lead in the health center team during daily operations
- Work collaboratively with health center staff and camp staff to support camper needs
- Act as a supportive clinical resource for all assistant staff, counselors, and campers
- Consult with camp’s residential NP and contracted physician as needed

Requirements:
- Relocate to Maine from mid-June to mid-August
- Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Salary:
- $9,500-12,000
