- Assist with record keeping pertaining to contracting and purchasing

- Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills
- Research and understand FAR, DFARS, and other regulations, instructions, and directives pertaining to contracting
- Learn and use systems related to contracting and purchasing
- Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current government and commercial contracting standards
- Assist with coordination of necessary contractual actions with customer counterparts and with internal stakeholders
- Assist in creation and updates of policies pertaining to contracting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Training (both required and desired):
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Attention to detail is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 0 years of experience
- 2 years of Defense contractor administrative, record keeping, data management, and/or procurement experiences preferred
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
