Expertise and Functions
- Drive sustained superior performance, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Develop and manage coordination, collaboration, communication, integration activities and processes between program and customer stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills
- Develop opportunities for growth, both in revenue and profitability
- Provide the appropriate training and guidance for members of the procurement team across the contract
- Ensure and promote the development of employees such as succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development
- Maintain DCMA Purchasing System approval on the contract
- Ensure the program procurement systems and processes meet contract and corporate objectives
- Successfully integrate and coordinate procurement operations to meet the requirements of the task orders
- Demonstrate understanding of the audit manuals and scope of Accounting System and Purchasing System reviews
- Coordinate with DCAA and DCMA as necessary to provide effective audit support
- Manage policies and procedures for procurement, ensuring alignment with company directives
- Deliver on small business utilization goals through material procurements
- Maintain the highest levels of fairness, business ethics and personal ethical conduct
- Interface with stakeholders and officials to establish transparent, trusting and strategic relations
- Brief leadership on procurement status, as well as key issues impacting financial and technical performance
- Engage with team to ensure cultural stability across the department, including ensuring the work environment remains inclusive, and championing career-enhancing opportunities and talent development
- Assign, develop, and review performance of personnel
- Demonstrate initiative and insightful analysis in several areas across extremely diverse organizations and missions
- Make independent judgements required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing of a diversified workload
- Address complex challenges and drive to solutions that may require extensive organizational integration
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education:
- 8 years of direct experience in supply chain fields
- 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles
- HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience
- Associate’s degree and 14 years of general experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of general experience
- Master’s degree and 10 years of general experience
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000
