Your Role at KIK
We are seeking a skilled Packer to join our 2nd Shift (2 : 00 pm - 10 : 30 pm, Monday-Saturday) team. Attend safety meetings and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and procedures. This position has a base salary range of $17.00 / hr. and a quarterly incentive bonus. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills / experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic / office location.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receives bottles off the production lines and places those bottles in boxes, bags or large gaylords
- Stack the boxes, bags or gaylords as appropriate
- Monitor manufacturing lines to avoid jams. Notify operator to clear jams
- Visually and physically inspect bottles as they move through the manufacturing process
- Prepare material for regrind
- Make and stack boxes
- Keep area clean and safe manner that complies with GMP, SOP's, safety standards and follows plant policies and procedures
- Follows and supports all Safety programs
