Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for optimizing equipment functionality and facility operations? Here at KIK Consumer Products we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities at our facility. This person will enhance the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components. Additional duties involve managing and scheduling facility and equipment work assignments, performing and organizing preventative maintenance, and developing and implementing safety processes and procedures with strong leadership skills. **What You’ll Be Doing
**
Develop and implement long-term maintenance plans to achieve year-over-year improvements in reliability, Maintenance KPIs, and cost efficiency.
Oversee troubleshooting, commissioning, repair, and improvement of equipment in both field-based and production settings.
Ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulatory requirements, including environmental, safety, and emergency management regulations.
Manage and maintain equipment installation requirements (e.g., electrical power, water, airflow, space) and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing mentorship, performance management, and development opportunities.
Diagnose and resolve problems in non-manufacturing systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Maintain and operate within a chemical manufacturing environment, including off-shift and weekend support as needed.
**What You’ll Bring
**
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
7 or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
5 or more years of experience in people leadership
Previous experience in bottling and automated filling operations strongly preferred
Proficient in Maintenance Troubleshooting, Failure Analysis, and analytical engineering tools such as root cause analysis and critical path problem-solving.
Strong working knowledge of QS9000, ISO 14001, EPA regulations, and integrated manufacturing systems (JDE preferred).
Ability to work in an industrial, non-climate-controlled environment and navigate stairs, ladders, and confined spaces while using appropriate safety equipment.
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S methodologies.
Working knowledge of supply chain capabilities, strategies, and manufacturing management principles.
Familiarity with change management principles and engineering system documentation processes.
Basic diagnostic and repair skills for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Frequently applying 10 to 25 pounds of force (from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time).
