Essential Job Functions
- Responsible to maintain POG integrity, maintain POP, dust and straighten sets, pack down counter and bring out back stock.
- Responsible to secure and build off counter displays.
- Responsible to develop store level contacts within their territory.
- Responsible to drive sales through store level management where applicable.
- Responsible to train / PK store personnel, SPAR, Acosta, MET and any other service companies chosen by the company where applicable.
- Responsible for competitive field intelligence from competition within their territory.
- Responsible to conduct regional price surveys when requested.
- Responsible to facilitate buybacks in their territory where applicable by account.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- 1 – 2 years of merchandising experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Strong people skills
- Demonstrated time management skills including ability to handle multiple and differing priorities
- Ability to drive, clean driving record
- Ability to lift 40lbs consistently
