Your Role at KIK

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our local facilities. You will manage inventory, ensure efficient storage and dispatch, optimize processes, and lead a team to meet production and delivery goals. Strong process improvement, organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provides supervisory direction for the warehouse personnel and conducts personnel related activities such as training, staffing, and discipline.
• Responsible for timely delivery of materials and freight goods.
• Manages accurate inventories to meet customer demands by ensuring all warehoused related entries are entered into the system.
• Maintains knowledge of and compliance with applicable government regulations. Implements and trains proper safety & shipping procedures and guidelines.
• Responsible for minimizing operating expenses.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience managing high-volume, multi-site distribution centers in fast-paced environments, with a focus on efficient order fulfillment.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful
• Forklift Experience
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
