Your Mission:
- Become the backbone of our operational excellence by ensuring our machines are always in top condition.
- Test and maintain all machinery and carry out essential repairs and installations.
- Engage in the upkeep of production systems by cleaning and lubricating essential machinery components and executing seamless line changeovers.
- Troubleshoot and notify management of any pressing equipment challenges.
Skills & Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Completion of High School or equivalent; technical school certificate holds an edge.
- A background of at least two years in handling industrial machinery within a manufacturing backdrop.
- Communication skills that stand out, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy and the ability to navigate basic software applications.
- Physical aptitude to lift around 15 pounds and thrive amid manufacturing dynamics.
