Your Journey at KIK

Take charge as the Lead Maintenance Technician for our blow molding operations. Dive into a work schedule from 5:00 am - 3:30 pm from Monday through Friday, and meet business demands that may require weekend shifts. Expect a compensation package starting at $30.00-$40.00/hr coupled with performance incentives each quarter.

Daily Tasks and Duties

• Run and fine-tune machinery to mold containers while adhering to quality benchmarks.
• Spearhead initiatives that improve methods and productivity within the department.
• Serve as the problem-solving cornerstone, assisting peers and offering prompt solutions to manufacturing hurdles.
• Commit to a safe, organized work environment while managing critical equipment like blow molding machines and compressors.
• Handle comprehensive maintenance tasks including equipment checks and troubleshooting key system failures.

Your Expertise

• Versatility gained from at least 2 years of blow mold maintenance and a deeper industrial maintenance knowledge base.
• Specialization in troubleshooting PLCs and working within ambient and temperature-controlled spaces.
• Fostering safety and regulatory compliance with flexibility for mandatory overtime.

Physical Capacity

• Proficiency in operating under physical work conditions for entire shifts.
• Aptitude for manual handling tasks up to 50 lbs unaided.
