Your Adventure at KIK
As our PLC Systems Technician, you will engage with critical system maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across our vibrant production floor. Keep our operations robust and minimize downtime within your second shift tenure from 4:45pm to 2:45am. Compensation ranges from $33-$35/hour based on your experience level.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical and mechanical upkeep, ensuring plant machinery supports operational demands.
- Specialize in the installation and diagnostics of industrial electrical and control systems.
- Adopt NEC standards for wiring and renew deficient installations.
- Deliver both planned and immediate maintenance with precision and safety.
- Liaise with contractors as necessary; play a pivotal role in resolving electrical challenges.
- Manage production line transitions and oversee coding equipment operations.
- Supervise the upkeep of pneumatic and hydraulic configurations in our setup.
Qualifications
- Experience: A solid 3 years in PLC programming and diagnostics.
- Education: A minimum of high school education or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical/maintenance insight from manufacturing experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- An adaptable nature with excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
