Your Role at KIK
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely management of warehouse activities. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in inventory control, personnel management, and logistics. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide direction and supervision for warehouse personnel, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary matters.
- Ensure the timely delivery of materials and freight goods to meet operational and customer requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels by ensuring all warehouse-related transactions are properly entered into the ERP system.
- Maintain compliance with applicable government regulations and implement safety and shipping procedures.
- Develop and execute strategies to minimize operating expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and overall efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 5 or more years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with JD Edwards or SAP preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and regulatory compliance.
**Physical Requirement: **
- Occasionally exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force (up to 1/3 of the time).
- Frequently applying 10 to 25 pounds of force (from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time).
- Constantly exerting greater than negligible force, up to 10 pounds (2/3 or more of the time) for moving objects.
- Must have the ability to perform the following: Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Handling, Feeling, Seeing, Hearing
