What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Sales Intern position at KIKI DE MONTPARNASSE?
KIKI DE MONTPARNASSE is seeking a driven, dependable, and creative Sales and Showroom Intern who is devoted to pursuing a career in fashion to join our team for the Summer of 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have a positive work ethic
- Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency and a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Canva
- Able to dedicate 2-3 full work days per week at our NYC office
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Intern would assist Sales Coordinator, Communications Director, & VP Sales
- Support with client sales: order review & shipment tracking, sample requests, collecting photo assets for retailers, related sales marketing
- Sample management: organizing and maintaining all samples, client sample pulls and distribution, monitor & track incoming/outgoing samples
- Market preparation: ensuring all samples are accounted for and presentation ready, sales event organization and logistics, showroom set-up and breakdown, etc.
- Photoshoot preparation: organization and preparation of samples, beauty kit, props, etc., assisting with set-up and clean-up, model dressing
- Provide support in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Weekly store visits to merchandise and refill department store floors
This internship is unpaid and for school credit only.
