What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist position at Kiki on the River?
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our winning team at the Kiki Group for our growing hospitality group for our several venues KIKI ON THE RIVER, HABIBI and EL SANTO/DON DIABLO. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing reservations for our restaurants, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
- Handle incoming calls and emails from guests looking to make reservations
- Manage and update the reservations schedule for multiple restaurants
- Communicate with guests to confirm reservations and provide information about menu options, specials, and any other relevant details
- Communicate with director of reservations and restaurant staff to ensure that reservations are prepared for and that guests have a seamless dining experience
- Handle any issues or concerns that guests may have regarding their reservations or dining experience
- Continuously monitor and adjust reservations as needed to ensure maximum seating capacity
- Maintain a professional business appearance/dress code
- Use of excellent top hospitality verbiage and maintain proper verbal etiquette with guests at all times
- Excellent grammar and email structuring skills when emailing guests
- Cross-sell across our other restaurant concepts
- Upsell packages onto guest reservations
Position reports to Reservations Manager
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Spanish. Other languages is a plus
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Minimum requirement of: 6-10 years in luxury hospitality such as hotels/fine dining restaurants
- Experience with Seven Rooms, OpenTable, or other reservation systems
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
