TECHNICAL LEAD | SENIOR DEVELOPER
Kikoda is seeking an experienced technical lead | senior developer to join our powerhouse team.
As the Technical Lead for one of our teams, you will take charge of the end-to-end development process, collaborating closely with a small team of developers, designers, and product owners. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project, meeting high-quality standards, and exceeding customer expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Must be comfortable with, and capable of, communicating project specifics with client leadership, Kikoda leadership, and development team members. Must be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical direction, set clear expectations, and promote best practices with the development team to achieve optimal performance and results.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate product requirements into scalable and innovative technical solutions.
- Hands-on Development: Lead by example through hands-on coding and problem-solving. Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code as needed, contributing to the development process.
- Cloud and Automation: Work with and grow an AWS infrastructure, using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines, to ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Technical Experience: Strong firsthand experience in one or more of AWS, Expo, CDK/Terraform, TypeScript, and React a plus
