The gist :
We're looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. This person will take pride in creating beautiful and compelling digital experiences, that drives engagement through all our marketing channels and beyond. You will help create assets that support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email, social media content, paid media and various landing pages, as well as assets for our affiliate partners. You will design eye-catching ads that captivate our audience and drive measurable engagement, ensuring all design elements align with our brand guidelines as they evolve.

Because our creative output is video-first, any interest or experience in motion graphics and animations are a huge bonus.
This is a full-time hybrid position in our San Francisco HQ with benefits and equity in a fast-moving and fast-growing environment that will help you grow your abilities and career as you help build a better ecosystem of credit for our customers. Currently, the Creative team works in the SF office ~4 days / week.
What you'll do :
- Develop and design graphics for digital media, including social media, websites, emails and marketing materials.
- Work alongside the Senior Designer and Creative Director on the visual execution and evolution of the Kikoff Brand.
- Help uphold and maintain a consistent brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with Creative and cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, enguaging, and align with brand standards and business goals..
- Solicit and integrate design feedback from creative leaders while independently executing revisions.
- Design high-quality deliverables. Generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of design principles and a commitment to consistently creating competitively engaging work.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
- Conceptualize and bring unique creative ideas from ideation to execution.
- Stay updated on trends. Follow design trends and best practices to ensure that all graphics are creative and on-brand.
What we're looking for :
Motion, GFX, or post-production experience (in addition to static design) is necessary, as you will work closely with both video editors and designers
