We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Haiku Market team!
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store, obtaining maximum sales and margins, ensuring maximum standards of customer service, the development of staff and meeting all targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of available personnel and resources. The Assistant Store Manager is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the operations wisely in order to achieve maximum results. Qualified candidates must be friendly, enthusiastic, highly motivated professionals who are service driven.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of retail and/or customer service experience and 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements.
- Must possess a valid TB Clearance.
