Job Description :
The primary role of the licensed agent is to sell auto, home and life insurance. We also have a brokerage alliance and (if licensed) you can sell outside of MN too!
Responsibilities
Use a client focused, needs-based review process to educate clients and potential clients about insurance options.Help develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contractsProduce productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling and using referralsAchieve customer and sales goalsConstantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and servicesFollow through with clients start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and all policy requirements are metSkills
Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (auto, property and life)Proficiency to task manage follow through, follow up and multi-taskProven ability to crush goalsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectivelyExperience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long lasting relationshipsProactive in problem solving, and ability to refer when neededAbility to be a self-starter and work individually as well as in a team environmentMaintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products writtenAssist with incoming phone calls when neededConsistently maintain a positive, upbeat attitudeRequired Education & Experience
Property, Casualty & Life insurance license is requiredHigh School DiplomaAssociate or bachelor degree preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits
