Responsibilities
- Build clientele via cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and networking.
- Create insurance quotes, present sales demos, and cross sell.
- Set and achieve sales goals.
- Issue insurance documentation, counter client objections, and follow up.
- Maintain retention through relationships and winbacks.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency.
- A team player who is self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Location in VA is a must!
- Must fill out assessment or resume will not be looked at for interview.
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
