Kilgore Companies, a Summit Materials company, is looking for a Leadman / Lead person to support our Aggregates division. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to multiple hourly teammates engaged in safe, daily plant operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.
- Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly.
- Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met.
- Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately
- Responsible for maintaining quality of all products
- Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established
- Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed
