Equipment Operator - Lewis & Lewis

Overview

Primarily be responsible for operating construction equipment to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes, backfill, and load materials in a variety of heavy construction operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate a track hoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes and grade in heavy construction operations.
• Maintain tools and equipment so that they are kept in good working order and are safe for use.
• Perform daily routine maintenance on the machine including lubrication and monitor needed repairs / service requirements.
• Operate other construction equipment as required.
• Perform a variety of general labor tasks as required for the job.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment you operate.
• Experience in running heavy equipment preferred.
• Pay depends on experience.
