Compensation : Market Value DOE
Lewis & Lewis, a Summit Company is looking for a safety oriented Shop and Equipment lead mechanic. This position is responsible for maintenance and servicing of construction equipment and fleet vehicles.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment by overseeing compliance with all safety policies and procedures including the demonstration and communication that safety is priority number 1.
- Create a team atmosphere that continue the goal of supporting high quality team member buy in.
Performing mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of equipment.
Identifying and determining parts required for repair of disassembled units.
Identifying repairs and documenting them on repair orders.
Maintaining work area appearance and safety.
Performing routine daily and preventative maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous welding experience required.
Previous experience as a mechanic required.
Previous diesel engine repair required.
Previous experience leading a team required.
