What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader Operator position at Kilgore Companies?
We have a current opening for a Loader Operator position at our Asphalt Hot Plant in Benjamin, Utah. This position is primarily responsible for running a front end loader while working around the hot plant, loading trucks, accepting deliveries, and feeding the hot plant with materials for producing asphalt.
- 3 years operator experience
- Be able to operate heavy, motorized equipment in earth moving and utility operations
- Be able to operate said equipment with efficiency & precision
- Train employees to improve operation and care of equipment
- Work independently in absence of a supervisor
- Team player that focuses on problem solving
- Working knowledge of hot plants and asphalt production preferred
