- First and foremost, provide EXCELLENT customer service to our patients.
- Check in and monitor daily Rx and OTC orders received
- Places wholesaler and specialty orders for pharmacy, OTC, DME and office supplies as needed
- Effectively navigate patient calls regarding OTC/DME items
- Ensures OTC shelves are stocked and free of expired items
- Ensure the OTC items stocked are selling and explore new items the pharmacy can add
- Assist customers onsite with OTC and DME items
- Help keep the OTC area clean and organized
- Inspect rental items upon return
- Other OTC/DME related duties as needed
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last six years, with two or more years preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
