Schedule:
- This is a full time position so availability to work 40 hours a week is needed.
- You can choose between the following M-F schedules: 7:30-3:30, 8-4, or 8:30-4:30.
- May occasionally need to work 1 Saturday a month.
Responsibilities include:
- Fills prescriptions in bubble pack cards as required per individual nursing home or group home request
- Adherence packaging
- Placing and receiving phone calls to group homes and nursing homes
- Syncing patients refills up for monthly fills
- Printable MARS
- Communicating with group homes regarding MARS
- Communicating with pharmacists about new orders
- Inputting new orders
- Keeps all medications organized on shelves and check for expiration dates as needed
- Keeps all work stations organized and clean from foreign debris while working throughout the day
- Completes cleaning duties assigned to department
- Follows procedures to put together daily deliveries to facilities
- Files prescriptions following store procedures
Pay Range:
$16-$18/hr with pay bumps available as you learn more within the pharmacy. Higher starting pay available if you have previous pharmacy or LTC experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last six years
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
