Description:
Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Deposit Operations Department in conjunction with Deposit Operations Officer.
Requirements:- Oversee that all deposit operations functions are operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining deposit operations procedures and create new procedures as needed.
- Review and approve daily work.
- Responsible for Overdraft Privilege Monitoring.
- Handle problems for branches.
- Oversee and maintain relationships with all correspondent banks.
- Handle daily General Ledger balancing entry corrections.
- Handle UBB balancing entry corrections.
- Handle Levies and Garnishments, as needed.
- Assist with Audit and Exam preparation, as needed.
- Assist in special projects required of the Deposit Operations department.
- Perform all deposit operations clerical functions, as needed.
