Responsible for training new tellers and existing frontline staff ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles efficiently. Also, the primary new accounts trainer for employees who open new deposit accounts.
Requirements:- Implements and maintains a new hire teller deposit training program.
- Provides new deposit accounts training.
- Assists in preparation and presentation of quarterly deposit training.
- Conducts ongoing training sessions with frontline staff.
- Provides 30/60/90 learning check-ins with new deposit staff.
- Tracks frontline errors and provides one-on-one training when necessary.
- Monitors new account opening process to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Stays up to date on banking regulations and assists in change implementation.
- Reviews bank specific policy, procedures, products, and services to ensure content is relevant and current.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of all types of deposit accounts.
- Serves as a float teller, as necessary.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
