Description:
Responsible for building and maintaining business workflows using jhaEnterprise Workflow; also, the Bank’s primary Cognos author. Applies best practices and critical thinking skills for all projects and efficiency initiatives. Interacts frequently with employees throughout the Bank from individual contributors to the President.
Requirements:- Becomes an expert at jhaEnterprise Workflow and Silverlake Cognos software.
- Evaluates existing processes and system functionality to determine streamlined paths for optimization within the Workflow software.
- Documents requirements, use cases, and proposed solutions within Workflow.
- Review requirements for cross impacts to other departments and identifies dependencies.
- Applies workflow automation thinking to multi-step business processes.
- Communicates process changes, enhancements, and modifications; provides training and assistance as needed.
- Documents current system functionality, including custom code.
- Actively participates in the Jack Henry training and regional user groups to stay aware of current trends and innovation.
- Designs and builds Cognos reports and dashboards utilizing all delivery channels; and utilizes reports and dashboards to create efficiencies within Workflow.
- Work closely with business lines and departments to verify data requirements, access, and reporting needs within Cognos.
- Assists with data collection and reporting for audits and exams.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
