Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer Intern to join our team in Dickinson, ND. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to support various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with Process Improvement Projects : Help identify defects and implement corrective actions within manufacturing departments.
- Design and Conduct Experiments : Perform analysis of defects and assist in process development projects, including equipment changes and part storage.
- Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and analyze data related to time studies, material flow, and waste analysis.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles : Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Create Engineering Documentation : Prepare technical documentation and standard work instructions for various processes.
