Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at the KISD Career Center, located in Killeen, TX. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing all instructional and operational functions of the KISD Career Center. This includes curriculum development, staff management, student discipline, and ensuring compliance with district policies and state educational standards. Additional duties encompass coordinating school programs, fostering a positive school culture, engaging with the community, and promoting student achievement and career readiness.

- Experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and student assessment
- Ability to manage school operations, including budget management and policy implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field
- Current Texas Principal Certification
- Experience in a career and technical education environment is a plus
