Killerspots Agency is looking for a highly creative and organized Digital Content Specialist [Social Media Assistant] to support our Social Media Team in crafting and executing compelling content across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist the Social Media Team planning and executing content strategies for multiple brands.
✅ Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, graphics, and stories for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
✅ Help shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) for organic and paid campaigns.
✅ Write engaging captions, blog posts, and social media copy that align with brand messaging.
✅ Manage social media calendars and assist with content scheduling.
✅ Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to build brand relationships.
✅ Track and analyze social media performance using reporting tools to optimize future content.
✅ Research and stay ahead of trends, viral content, and platform updates to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into our campaigns.
✅ Collaborate with our design and video teams to develop high-quality, on-brand visuals and media assets.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Passion for social media and digital marketing—you love the ever-changing landscape of online content.
✔ Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy.
✔ Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
✔ Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices for engagement.
✔ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ A creative mindset and a knack for identifying trending content.
✔ Ability to take direction from the Social Media Director while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.

- Basic photography and video production skills
