**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are consistently clean, well-presented, and exceed the expectations of our guests. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive guest experience.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Cleaning and Sanitizing:** Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized and presentable for incoming guests.

2. **Linen and Towel Service:** Manage the inventory and laundering of linens and towels. Ensure that each property is stocked with fresh, clean linens for the comfort of our guests.

3. **Maintenance Checks:** Conduct routine checks to identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the property. Report findings to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.

4. **Guest Interaction:** Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests. Address any immediate cleaning concerns or requests promptly and effectively.

5. **Communication:** Collaborate with the property management team to communicate any specific guest requirements, special requests, or unique property features that may impact the cleaning process.

6. **Quality Assurance:** Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Perform inspections to ensure that properties meet or exceed the company's cleanliness and quality benchmarks.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hospitality or vacation rental setting. At least two years required.

2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

3. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

6. Physical stamina for carrying out cleaning tasks and lifting/moving supplies.

7. Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices is a plus.

8. Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
