Assistant Project Manager
Killowen Construction is a premier luxury home builder in Utah, dedicated to crafting
high-end, custom residences that exceed expectations in design, craftsmanship, and
quality. With our reputation built on integrity and excellence, we are looking for a skilled
Assistant Project Manager to oversee the execution of our luxury home projects from
start to finish. APM assists Superintendents and Project Managers to oversee all
construction site activities, including safety, scheduling, quality, subcontractors, and
project closeout.
Their responsibilities will include:
Construction Management (scheduling, sub management, employee management)
Quality control
Must maintain good working relationships with suppliers and trades
Keeping and Maintaining job site logs
Bid review
Permits and other Regulations
Client, Designer, and Architect meetings – in office and site
Daily work logs for each project assigned to
Client weekly updates
Project Kick off and Close out
Understanding of high-end construction methods, materials, and finishes.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client
expectations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and contracts.
Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools.
A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Qualifications
Some custruction experience or Construction Management Schooling required.
Must be willing to work full-time Monday-Friday.
Must be very familiar with building process, standards and applicable building codes.
Excellent written communication
