Project Coordinator

With our reputation built on integrity and excellence, we are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in building our luxury homes from start to finish.
The Project Coordinator is critical to the project’s performance.
◦ Works in conjunction with Senior Construction Manager, Project Manager(s), and Superintendent(s) to coordinate the details of construction projects.
◦ Coordinates with architect, designer, client(s), suppliers and subcontractors to ensure fluid communication between all involved parties.
◦ Assist with preconstruction team to send out plans for bid
◦ Reviewing and qualifying bids with precon team
◦ Write scope to contract trades
◦ Track and communicate changes as requested
◦ Purchase and order long lead time material, such as: countertops, windows, cabinetry, hardware, lighting, tile, plumbing fixtures, interior doors, trim, appliances and wall coverings.
◦ Take and distribute notes at team meetings
◦ Maintain lists of qualified trades
◦ Maintain project files both in office and electronically
◦ Coordinate warranty work and other tasks as assigned.
◦ Requires strong communication skills
◦ Ability to work as a team and proficiency with computer software programs such as Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
◦ Understand and work with estimating programs and BuilderTrend.
◦ Attend monthly site walks with senior Construction manager and project managers/superintendents.
◦ Coordinates sample sign offs between the designer, trade and owner.
◦ Must maintain a working knowledge of the project and all its aspects and as the project evolves.
◦ Processes change orders and supplies job costing information to Accounting.
◦ Capable of preparing construction estimates and budgets.
◦ Ability to present and explain budget updates to clients.
Compensation: $85k - $110k plus performance bonuses.
