What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Kiln Creek Golf Club and Resort?
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm. Weekend work is on a as needed basis. Kiln Creek is seeking full time and seasonal positions.
Job description
The position is responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Duties-
1.Inspects and maintains the common areas in and around Kiln Creek.
2.Operates and maintains all assigned mowing equipment, vehicles, trailers, and tractors.
3.Will operate small equipment to include weedeaters, backpack blowers, and edgers.
4.Regular attendance and ability to arrive on time.
5.Mulching, spraying, pruning, and community clean up.
6.Performs all duties assigned by landscape foreman/crew leader.
7.Ability to speak to homeowners and guests in a professional/polite manner.
8.Storm cleanup/snow removal
Qualifications-
1.Must possess a basic knowledge of safety procedures, pruning methods and standard practices.
2.Be able to safely operate all equipment to include utility vehicles.
3.Must have a valid driver's license in good standings.
4.Have a High school diploma/GED and some experience in landscaping/horticulture or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Village of Kiln Creek Owners Association is a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol facility. All candidates are subject to drug and alcohol testing. A valid driver's license and social security card must be presented.
Salary : $14 - $17
