Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Land Sales Agent. As a Land Sales Agent, your main responsibility will be to facilitate the sale of farmland and hunting properties. This will involve tasks such as prospecting potential buyers, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Relevant Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of Recreational uses for land
- Connection with and experience in Agriculture
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Must have a winning mindset
Important Notes:
- New hires or prospects must be willing to obtain their real estate license
- Currently we only are hiring in Iowa and Missouri
- This is a 100% commission-based opportunity
