Kilpatrick is seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent or Patent Scientist in the Life Sciences. Ideal candidate would reside in Seattle, WA and be available for in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedule. Applicant should have strong writing skills and relevant experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution. Applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience; expertise in molecular biology is an asset. Candidates should have at least 1 year of direct patent prosecution experience. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested.
