Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team a USPTO-registered Agentwith a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of patent prosecution experience. Ideal candidates will have education and experience drafting and prosecuting software applications in technologies including cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence / machine learning, networking, and enterprise software systems. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong technical writing skills. Transcripts and patent related writing samples will be requested. The position will provide an opportunity to work with leading edge clients and cutting-edge technologies in a wide array of technical fields. Office base location options : Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Walnut Creek, CA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. Expected salary range for this position is $125,000 – $195,000.
