Call Center Representative / Appointment Setter:
Are you always on time and enjoy talking on the phone? If yes, this is the full-time position for you. $16/hr plus bonuses that can average out to $20-$25/hr. Weekly pay, a great working environment, ability to advance and benefits are available. Telemarketing experience is a plus but we will train the right people.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls
- Make outbound calls
- Respond to customer emails, texts and other messages
- Review call recordings and call back any calls that were missed
- Rescheduling customers appointments
- Plus other lead generating opportunities
- Nearly all calls or contacts are from current or existing customers - cold calling is very rare.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay can average out to $20.00 - $25.00 per hr.

Requirements:Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Clerk or in a similar position is preferred
- Excellent phone skills
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as scanners and printers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
