Candy maker
- Works under direction of the General Manager. Makes assigned products following approved recipes. Possible products include: fudge, corns, brittles and caramel products
- Puts away, rotates stock.
- Restocks ingredient containers
- Keeps kitchen area clean
- Cleans/polishes equipment
- Assists drivers when deliveries are made
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Ability to work well with others, listens well and follows direction
- Must be customer service oriented, with good personality and manners
- Must read and speak English and have good communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous cooking experience - at least 1 year
- Ability to follow directions/instructions during training period
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in commercial kitchen environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
