What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Kilwins of Panama City Beach?
We’re looking for upbeat, friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities include waiting on customers: serving ice cream, making milkshakes, sundaes, espresso drinks etc. You will also be responsible for selling candy, talking to customers about our product, offering samples, restocking, general cleaning, answering phone calls.
Weekend and evening availability required. Both part time and full time positions are available.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to operate cash register and count back change.
- Ability to work well with others, listen well and follow direction.
- Must be customer service oriented with good personality and manners.
- Must read and speak English and have good communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous customer service experience helpful, but not necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in retail store environment.
