- Responsible for Clinic and Lab Teams
- Ensure all team positions are filled
- Develop and update training platforms and knowledge base
- Perform regular performance reviews
- Provide backup support for various positions
- Develop and implement new techniques, systems, and technologies
- Help to design a patient’s overall treatment experience
- Design workflows, systems, and processes to ensure consistent results
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided
- Maintenance for all dental, lab, and technology equipment
- Build and foster excellent relationships with vendors and other business partners
- Report on and ensure all KPI’s are consistently achieved
- Highschool degree or higher
- Successful leadership track record of 5 or more direct reports
- Previous experience in high-end client experiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- Must be available on clinic days and on non-clinic days for infrequent emergencies
- Must be available to work at our Ala Moana location
- $50,000 salary
