Job Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with other dental offices
- Handling financial and insurance matters
- Engage with patients through various communication channels, including email, phone, text messages, and written letters
- General administrative tasks
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
Job Location: Ala Moana Center Honolulu, Hawaii
Work Schedule:
- 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- 4 days a week
- High school degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Proficiency with computer software
- Previous sales or customer service experience
