Under the direction of the General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the following :
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Oversee purchase of materials, coordinate inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Develop strategic and operational objectives aligned with the needs of the business and industry
- Utilize financial data to optimize profitability
- Oversee, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Assist with recruiting, training and supervision of staff
- Enhance customer service quality tailored to meet the unique demands of aggregate clientele
- Engage in long-term planning to support growth and success in the industry
- Facilitate collaboration among outside sales, inside parts sales, warehouse, and corporate team
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability
- Identify and address operational challenges to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Identify market opportunities within the sector and communicate potential strategies accordingly
