Job Description:
The Dining Room Server will provide quality table service to our residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes setting up and resetting tables, assisting with plating of salads and desserts, and stocking the wait staff station. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional table service to residents
- Set up and reset tables throughout meal service
- Assist in plating of salads and desserts for dining room service
- Stock the wait staff station
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items
- Restock buffet tables during dining room service
- Clean tables, chairs, serving line, and wait staff station as assigned
- Assist residents with needs in the dining room
- Takes residents' meal orders, places orders with kitchen and delivers meals accurately, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
