At Kimball Farms Life Care Community, we are seeking a skilled Per-Diem Waitstaff to provide exceptional table service in our dining room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and reset tables throughout meal service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assist in plating salads and desserts for dining room service, paying close attention to presentation and quality.
- Stock wait staff stations with necessary supplies, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, efficiently managing the flow of food and beverage items.
- Answer questions about menu items, providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to residents.
- Restock buffet tables during dining room service, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh food and beverages.
- Clean tables, chairs, serving lines, and wait staff stations as assigned, upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist residents with needs in the dining room, providing support and care as needed.
- Take residents' meal orders, place orders with the kitchen, and deliver meals accurately and efficiently, ensuring resident satisfaction.
