The Utility person has the authority, responsibility and accountability to:
- Maintain the PVD Board
- Completes maintenance requests as needed
- Completes materials requests as needed
- Maintains the area cross training matrix
- Provides employee training when needed
- Expedites late and replacement parts as necessary
- Performs data entry for scrap material in SAP
- Helps communicate and coordinate operator activities based on routings and schedules
- Able to run machinery when needed
- Fills in for the team leader when the team leader is absences
- Helps ensure team meets safety requirements for the area
- Helps ensure 5S activities and goals for the area are met
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
